"Our wedding was beautiful, everything Steve and I had hoped for and mostly because of you (Cari) and the entire Sarasota Catering staff. Right from the beginning and through the entire process, you took my hand, literally and figuretively and helped us through the entire event. Everyone had a great time, the food was wonderful (Steve and I were told) and the service was impeccable, as I wrote in the survey. My biggest hope was that everyone should just have fun and have it feel like one big cocktail party. So many people came up to us and said how much they enjoyed it all. As a Concierge, my biggest fear was that I wouldn't let go and allow you to do your job. After only five months of planning and literally doing everything in preparing for our special day, I thought I'd still have to continue doing things. But, Cari, you didn't let me down. You stayed, which I was grateful for and took charge. I did not see anything but Steve and I talking with our guests. As you know, I've already recommended your services and will continue to do so. Amie has used Sarasota Catering for events at Northern Trust, also my other girl friends have used them with great experiences.. They did my engagement (for 100 people at a house) and the wedding for 180 at the outside Farm Bureau."

"Thanks for the follow-up. The event went great. Here’s a breakdown: The staff was on time and friendly. They set everything up perfectly and the catered to everyone’s needs. Everyone commented on the job they did and how friendly and attentive they were. The appetizers were good and fresh. We never ran out of anything and all the guests enjoyed them. The comments I got on the meat were positive. They said the meat was cooked perfectly, medium rare just as ordered and Michael and Garry made sure that the well done portions were delivered to the correct guests. The staff cleaned everything up and left the kitchen and house exactly as when they arrived. Overall, everyone had a good time, there was plenty of food and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend Sarasota Catering Company again. Thanks again for all your pre planning help and guidance."

"Jack and I were absolutely delighted with the food, the presentation, the quality of plates, glasses, etc that you rented. We thought Joanne was excellent, professional, and competent. Since she arrived at 9 a.m. I had lots of time to work with her staging the various areas I'd prepared. We worked very well together. I thought the chicken was delicious with the sauce. One of the guests wanted to know the recipe for the brownies, said they were the best she'd ever eaten. So send along ! As a Concierge with a major Resort, I am used to being very organized, detail minded and used to doing everything myself. With Sarasota Catering Company, I put all of my trust into Cari's professional and caring hands. She, Lance and the entire staff made every decision the right one and even suggested on many occasions how to save some money. At our wedding, they were like a well-oiled machine allowing us to really have a good time and not worry. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to future brides and to anyone who requests my opinion at my Resort. Great job!

We just had our wedding catered by Sarasota Catering Company. The food was spectacular and the staff was on time, professional and went above and beyond. Dwight was great and even saved the last delicious crab cake for me- the bride. Despite the fact my wedding was a small event of only 24 people, I was treated as if I was planning an event of 250. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the planning to execution. Thank you Sarasota Catering Company!

Josephine was amazing! She was so professional, and we are so lucky that we found her! All of the service and food was amazing. Her whole staff was perfect, and we would recommend them to anyone!
