Rest assured you will be my first choice the next time I need catering and will definitely suggest you to everyone else. Josephine was extremely professional and put together some fabulous suggestions (missed her for the cosmos though!). Michael and the girls were awesome – so professional and although he tried, Michael just couldn’t nail the bride and groom down to eat – sorry. The flexibility they provided us was most generous (my guests were more into socializing than eating so they were able to push the carving back a bit for me). Thanks again to the entire team!"
