Cari and all the other employees of Sarasota Catering far exceeded our expectations! My daughter and I had to plan her wedding from long distance, but Cari made it easier to plan than if I had held the wedding in my own town. She offered suggestions and recommendations on other vendors, many of whom we used. I wish that I had listened to her more, as the vendors that we hired on our own were disappointing and the ones that she recommended were wonderful.
Everything was exactly as Cari described and even better. From boxing up individual cake portions for guests, adding additional table decorations at the last minute, providing special guests with personal requests, keeping our cake cool in 100 degree heat...(the list could go on and on), we were overly impressed with every staff person (and, especially, Cari and Dwight) and their desire to go out of the way to make our day memorable. I don't know what else they could have added to make the day any more special than it was!

Sarasota Catering Company did an amazing job on our Brunch reception! Cari and her team listened to all of our wishes down to the last detail and made everything happen!!! I really could not have gotten through the day without them. They were a "full service" caterer and helped with everything from food, to timing at the ceremony! Thanks again Cari and Sarasota Catering for all your help!

As a Concierge with a major Resort, I am used to being very organized, detail minded and used to doing everything myself. With Sarasota Catering Company, I put all of my trust into Cari's professional and caring hands. She, Lance and the entire staff made every decision the right one and even suggested on many occasions how to save some money. At our wedding, they were like a well-oiled machine allowing us to really have a good time and not worry. I would whole-heartedly recommend them to future brides and to anyone who requests my opinion at my Resort. Great job!

We just had our wedding catered by Sarasota Catering Company. The food was spectacular and the staff was on time, professional and went above and beyond. Dwight was great and even saved the last delicious crab cake for me- the bride. Despite the fact my wedding was a small event of only 24 people, I was treated as if I was planning an event of 250. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, from the planning to execution. Thank you Sarasota Catering Company!

"Thanks for the follow-up. The event went great. Here’s a breakdown: The staff was on time and friendly. They set everything up perfectly and the catered to everyone’s needs. Everyone commented on the job they did and how friendly and attentive they were. The appetizers were good and fresh. We never ran out of anything and all the guests enjoyed them. The comments I got on the meat were positive. They said the meat was cooked perfectly, medium rare just as ordered and Michael and Garry made sure that the well done portions were delivered to the correct guests. The staff cleaned everything up and left the kitchen and house exactly as when they arrived. Overall, everyone had a good time, there was plenty of food and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend Sarasota Catering Company again. Thanks again for all your pre planning help and guidance."

"The catering was AWESOME and well received by all. We liked it so much that we plan to order this exact same tray for our upcoming Silver Oak tour on June 19 for one of the three homes that we will be holding open. Not content to munch on the Mediterranean chicken all morning while hosting other agents and a real showing with clients AND folks who lived in the Terrace East condo building on Siesta Key, Bob and I packed up the leftovers, took them home afterwards and....sat down to lunch and ate them again! Delicious cold OR hot - I heated them just for a few seconds once home and loved it that way, too. The presentation was beautiful, very professional. We were proud to serve the catering. Everyone asked where we got it (despite having your napkins with the name right there) and of course we told them. We still have more, despite getting a good turnout today, and plan to enjoy them with a glass of wine on the lanai at sunset tonight after we are done working for the day!!"

"Our wedding was beautiful, everything Steve and I had hoped for and mostly because of you (Cari) and the entire Sarasota Catering staff. Right from the beginning and through the entire process, you took my hand, literally and figuretively and helped us through the entire event. Everyone had a great time, the food was wonderful (Steve and I were told) and the service was impeccable, as I wrote in the survey. My biggest hope was that everyone should just have fun and have it feel like one big cocktail party. So many people came up to us and said how much they enjoyed it all. As a Concierge, my biggest fear was that I wouldn't let go and allow you to do your job. After only five months of planning and literally doing everything in preparing for our special day, I thought I'd still have to continue doing things. But, Cari, you didn't let me down.
